The cottage is approximately 5 miles from Hawes and 9 miles from Sedbergh along the A684. It can be reached either via the A1 leaving at the exit for Bedale (A684) or M6 (Junction 37 ).

From the A1 exit follow the signs for Bedale, Leyburn and Hawes. Once you arrive at Hawes drive straight through the town keeping on the A684 towards Sedbergh . Carry on for approx. 4 ½ miles when you will pass the Moorcock Inn on your right. Carry on under the viaduct for approximately ½ mile, and turn left at the signpost for Garsdale Station.

Travelling from the M6 follow the signs for Sedbergh, arriving in Sedbergh, follow the signs for Hawes. Keeping on the A684 pass through the village of Garsdale and approximately 1 mile further on you will see the sign for Garsdale Station. Turn right and the cottages are on the left.

No 4 is situated at the end of the first block of cottages.
